Fun Times Singers 2023 Director: Margaux Millman
Margaux Millman is a native of Washington, D.C. She holds an undergraduate degree in music education from the University of Illinois, a masters degree in choral conducting from Northwestern University, and is finishing doctoral work in music education through the University of Illinois. For 7 years she taught middle and high school choir and ran a private voice and piano studio. Since moving to California, she has taught preschool music in several Palo Alto schools, directed church music programs in Portola Valley, and currently directs choirs and works with music teachers at San Jose State University. Ms. Millman lives in Mountain View with her husband, two daughters, and son.
Our Accompanist: Marlene Fernandez
Marlene Fernandez is the keyboard accompanist for our practices and performances. Marlene also provides instruction at St. Lucy School in Campbell and provides choral direction for the St. Lucy Parish Children's Choir. Additionally, Marlene works as a liturgical musician at Santa Teresa Parish and as a contract pianist providing music for wedding and funeral Services.
Past Director: Kevin Cormier
Kevin Cormier is a director, musical producer and voice teacher. Kevin currently also directs the STOCapellaKevin is retiring from his role as Choral Director of Fun Times Singers at the end of 2022 and the chorus members thank him for his 13 years of devoted service.
